We work alongside service providers delivering services under the NDIS and programs funded by DFFH.
Our mission is to provide highly trained, ethical, and compassionate care professionals dedicated to supporting the safety, wellbeing, and development of children and young people in out-of-home care.
We place the safety and wellbeing of children and young people at the centre of everything we do and maintain a zero-tolerance approach to abuse, neglect, and exploitation. We are committed to recruiting, training, and supporting qualified care professionals who uphold the highest standards of safety, dignity, and cultural respect.
Through strong collaboration, clear accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement, we deliver consistent, trauma-informed care that promotes stability, resilience, and positive long-term outcomes for children and young people in care.
